Abatec are currently seeking a logistics administrator for our client based in Chippenham.You will report to the Logistics Supervisor and will be involved in the day to day operation of UK dispatches (export & import)
Responsibilities
- Manage all paperwork and documentation for delivery of UK and export orders
- Manage and maintain stock control
- Track UK and export shipments
- Checking and coding of all export and import freight invoices
- Booking in goods at Goods Inwards, processing and filing of paperwork
Person Specification
- You must be highly selfmotivated and flexible in your approach to the role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate
- Knowledge of Word and Excel
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience working within stores, dispatch and/or logistics
- Highly motivated able to work as part of a small team as well as the initiative to work alone when required
- Counterbalance forklift licence (advantageous)
Salary:
£12.00-£12.50 per hour

- Monday to Friday
