Description
Abatec are currently seeking a logistics administrator for our client based in Chippenham.

You will report to the Logistics Supervisor and will be involved in the day to day operation of UK dispatches (export & import)


Responsibilities

  • Manage all paperwork and documentation for delivery of UK and export orders
  • Manage and maintain stock control
  • Track UK and export shipments
  • Checking and coding of all export and import freight invoices
  • Booking in goods at Goods Inwards, processing and filing of paperwork

Person Specification

  • You must be highly selfmotivated and flexible in your approach to the role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Knowledge of Word and Excel

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience working within stores, dispatch and/or logistics
  • Highly motivated able to work as part of a small team as well as the initiative to work alone when required
  • Counterbalance forklift licence (advantageous)

Salary:
£12.00-£12.50 per hour

  • Monday to Friday
