岗位职责:
Job Description

1,发展与构建客户网络,负责区域内电子烟及传统零售门店的拓展工作;Develop and construct customer network, be responsible for e-cigarette sales and retail store expansion in its territory ,

2,对区域内的门店进行标准化运营,做好库存,陈列,价格,培训,物料,促销,政策传达等,提升单店产出;Standardize retail store's operation in its territory, and supervise inventory management, showcase, pricing, product training, materials management, promotion and conveying policy.

Improve each store's sales revenue.

3,做好单售点改善,打造零售店标杆;Maximize a single store's output and make it a flagship benchmark

4,随时跟进市场拓展情况,对拓展不利的因素进行及时调整; Stay tuned on market's development and make adjustments to avert averse factors for expansion

5,收集客户意见及信息,并采取相应的措施;Collect feedback from customers and make corrective adjustments

6,收集市场竞争对手资料,汇总.分析.上报,供直部门领导作为决策依据。Analyze and compile collected information from competitors and report it to supervisor for decision making


任职要求:
Job Requirement

本科及以上,有1-3年的销售经验,从事过电子烟及3c行业优先;Bachelor degree or above with 1 to 3 years sales experience; experience in e-cigarette or 3C industry is preferred 能独立完成终端零售门店拓展工作,市场活动跟进等;Able to independently complete retail store expansion and follow up marketing activities

具备高执行力、统筹规划能力,责任心强,开放进取;Strong execution, coordination and sense of responsibility; Open-minded and motivated.

英语可作为日常工作语言,常驻英国当地工作;Able to use English to communicate fluently at work and can base in UK


Salary:
£25,000.00-£36,000.00 per year


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
