The Company
We are a specialist Data and Digital Transformation consultancy focused on supporting our clients in successfully delivering on their digital transformation programmes.
Our aim is to ensure we deliver value from our client's data using innovative approaches that improve their data capabilities, analytics and data governance.
Location:
Remote - UK based
You MUST be able to pass Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). You need to have been a UK resident for a minimum of 5 years, not require sponsorship without a visa - Are you eligible?
The Role
As a Service Designer, you will be astute in your ability to build best in class, user-centric services, utilising your experience to define the service solution and supporting the projects at all stages to create and launch it.
You'll work closely with our Service Owners, utilising cloud-based, data-driven practices to provide services that will deliver against our mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking responsibility for highlevel service concepts and strategies, detailed delivery through to implementation
- Manage the quality of execution from the production team
- Conduct qualitative design research using ethnographic and participatory methods
- Conduct functional analysis and design, working with developers and analysts to recommend solutions and resolve service issues
- Communicate and present research and design insights to stakeholders
- Be responsible for the quality of all deliverables across a variety of projects
- potentially have responsibility across complex products and services
- help set direction and embed good practice within teams
- make important decisions based on research and understand how this research impacts others
Skills Required:
- ITIL experience
- Demonstrate knowledge of Agile methodology
- Communicate effectively across organisational, technical and political boundaries, understanding the context
- Contribute to the work of the community, building successful teams through understanding team styles and influencing and motivating team members
- Visualise and articulate complex problems and concepts
- You can take an overall perspective on business issues, events and activities, and discuss their wider implications and longterm impact
- Create evidence and contextbased design
- Demonstrate responsiveness to changes in technology, adapting your approach accordingly
- Interpret user research
- Create of prototypes
- Understand how the technology is used to deliver a service.
