Our client has won a framework East London worth £7 mllion p/a consisting of re-cladding, window replacements,roofing and communal works.

We therefore require a Contracts Manager to work on the framework reporting to the Construction Director, running site teams.

Position:
Contracts Manager - Social Housing Refurbishments

Package:
£75,000 - £85,000 + Package + Bonus

Company Overview:
Our client is the leading main contractor specialising in the affordable housing sector.

Within social housing they are market leaders in the planned refurbishment sector.

They are a provider and partner of choice for clients and customers alike and offer a complete and comprehensive service to RSL's.


Position:

Due to continued success and growth, they have been awarded a new contract in East London and are seeking an additional Contracts Manager to manage this work.


Projects:

The mentioned contract includes a lot of Design & Build work across Cladding and Structural refurbishment projects and you will be responsible for managing 3-4 projects and all site delivery teams.


Individual:

You will have a strong track record as a Contracts Manager, managing multiple projects for a main contractor preferably on refurbishment work and have a can do attitude.
