Sterling Recruitment Services currently have an opportunity for experienced production operatives for our client based in the Thirsk area.
Our client is a large, well known manufacturing company producing products to large profile clients within their field and due to increased demand, they are looking to experienced production operatives.
Duties Include
- Loading machinery
- Quality checking products
- Meeting production targets
- Working within a fast paced environment
- Manual handling
- General housekeeping duties
- Be hard working and reliable
- Work quickly to meet deadlines
- Work effectively individually and as a team
The working hours of the role are on a 2 shift pattern of days and lates, on a rotational basis.
Late shift: 4:00pm - 00:30am
Pay rates of the role are:
Standard rate, £10.50per hour
Overtime 1 rate, £12.50per hour
Overtime 2 rate, £15.70per hour
The successful production operatives will need to drive due to the location of the clients site.

Full-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Temp to perm
Salary:
£10.50-£15.70 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:

North Yorkshire:
reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Production: 1 year (preferred)
- Factory: 1 year (preferred)
