Retail Application Support Specialist - £60k - Hertfordshire

My client is a leading and innovative company that specialise in software systems for the retail sectors.

They are looking to take on a Retail Application Support Specialists who can ensure that customers and partners have a seamless experience when usingthe company's products and software system.

Responsibilities:

Proactively assign, manage and prioritize relevant support tickets on the

ticketing queue using Zendesk

Configuration management in multiple environments
Participate in the customer service reviews

Key skills:

Retail experience especially in a web or store environment is essential
Understanding of SQL and ability to query databases and investigate data issues would be desirable
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong

automation/monitoring mind-set
