If you don't know much about us, we're a Technology company here in Northern Ireland but part of a wider Fortune 500 company in the US.

We help people cover medical expenses beyond their standard health insurance, and when they come to us, they really need us.

In Belfast, we are building great technology to support these customers in their greatest time of need.


Our technology teams have grown significantly since we launched in October 2019 with 155 employees and counting We've moved into our brand-new office, across 2 fabulous floors in City Quays 3 and we're looking for someone to help our Head of Operations ensure we continue to operate in the right fashion.


What you'll be doing
Liaising with our awesome team, suppliers and clients
Scheduling and supporting induction activities for new employees
Stocking and maintaining stationery and office supplies
Maintaining our facility, liaising with staff, partners and vendors to deal with any issues arising
Dealing with correspondence and queries
Planning and facilitating staff engagement initiatives
Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
Organising meetings and maintaining databases
Assisting with the planning and delivery of company events or conferences
Assisting with the preparation of presentations and reports
Ensuring that we remain compliant with relevant health and safety legislation
Booking catering, transport and accommodation as required


What you should have
Next level organisational skills
Effective communication skills both written and verbal
At least one year's commercial experience in a similar role
GCSE Maths and English grade C or above or equivalent
The ability to build and nurture relationships with colleagues and partners
Demonstrated reliability and discretion
Proven experience with O365 (or similar) tools
An independent mindset with the ability to use own initiative
High personal standards
A sense of humour - we do serious work, but we don't take ourselves too seriously


_Due to the nature of this role we would be looking for the successful person to be office based. We will consider part-time applicants; our minimum would be 4 days per week_.
_This is a fixed term contract position for 9-12 months._
