Redline have a fantastic contract opportunity for an experienced Supply Chain Assistant.

Our client based in Northamptonshire are a leading developer of advanced control systems and they are looking to hire a Contract Supply Chain Assistant to support the supply chain team for 6 months.

You will be working in a friendly collaborative team to help resolve supply chain issues.

This will include but not be limited to the processing of Transfer and Purchase orders, updating the supply chain system with the latest updates and chasing overdue purchase orders.

This Contract Supply Chain position requires someone with excellent interpersonal skills, both face to face and over the phone. You will need a proven track record of being able to work to deadlines while maintaining accuracy.

You will also need the following:
> Minimum of 3 years working in an administrative role

Experience of working in a team
Experience of using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
Experience of talking to external companies
Experience of talking to suppliers
Experience of using Excel at a good level (eg using lookups, pivot tables, using formulas)
