Once a month you will be required to attend our Colchester head office on a weekday for further training and 121, you will be notified in advance which day this will fall on.


If you are not able to work these hours then please do not apply, the hours are fixed and will not be changing.

The Personal Move Assistant role is an extension of the Spicerhaart branch and partnership network.

We focus on helping our branches & partnerships to grow market share by means of the concierge service (branch call overflow) or pro-active outbound calling.

Our primary focus is finding our customers "why?" and ensuring we deliver this along with generating valuation opportunities to increase properties available for sale within the Spicerhaart network.

Your role will include
Register client details and pass to relevant in branch teams to arrange viewings
Book property valuations
Complete administrative tasks for our network of branches, be this building brochures, floor plans, window cards, editing photos, data input
Work with your team to deliver success and consistently high service standards


The role demands a highly self-motivated, ambitious, target-driven individual who is also self-managed, flexible and has an excellent telephone manner.

You will be resilient with the ability to work to deadlines and under pressure with good organisational and time management skills.

You will also be computer literate with excellent keyboard skills.

The rewards
A basic salary between £10,500-£11,000 per annum depending on sales experience
Uncapped commission scheme on top of basic salary

The finer details

This role is a mix of work from home and office, you must live in the Colchester, United Kingdom area.

Once a month you will be required to attend our Colchester head office on a weekday for further training and 121, you will be notified in advance which day this will fall on.

We shall supply you with your pc equipment to work from home.

We are currently conducting our selection process using video software.

To be eligible to proceed in our recruitment process, you will need:


  • An appropriate space to work from home
  • A reliable, high speed internet connection
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
