Sales Controller - Winchester

Salary: 25k basic 50k OTE + Car + Benefits

What does a Renewal Specialist / Sales Controller do?

  • Contribute to the development of the retail sales department, including new & used retail cars
  • Achieve marketing, sales, and financial targets
  • Organise, direct and control the activities of sales staff
  • Maximise the profitable sale of new & used vehicles, all retail finance and insurance, accessories, extended warranties, and all related items.
  • Ensure that all departmental processes comply fully with FCA Regulations
  • Achieve and strive to exceed all set targets and objectives.
  • Customer contact prior to appointment to confirm the date / time and who they are meeting within the centre.
  • Effective use of the Video/ CITNow system if unable to contact customers.
  • Regular narrative update of all customer activity on both retention activity tracker and enquiry max.
  • Daily update of appointment activity board.
  • Liaise with centre executives to facilitate smooth handover of customer and appointment.


We are looking for an experienced Renewal Specialist / Sales Controller with prior automotive experience in a sales or renewal based role.

  • Fantastic listening skills to understand customer requirements and needs

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£25,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
