Salary:
£30,000 + Commission OTE £50k

Hours:
Monday to Friday
Tailor Made are exclusively working for a well-established Waste Management company based in Wakefield. Due to continued expansion our client is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager/Sales Executive to join their growing team.

The Role:

̈ To increase brand awareness of the company and the services

̈ Developing and sustaining new business clients

̈ Servicing the requirements of the existing customer base through promoting the sale of all of the company's services

̈ You will be hands-on with the requirement for site visits, cold calling and B2B interface to provide solutions to fit customer requirements

̈ Source new business to promote the growth of the company and provide detailed information to senior management

̈ Support the Operations team in achieving budget sales targets and assist in the management of the sales where required

̈ Produce weekly quote levels, along with sales figures and reports, and interface with clients to assist in providing best possible solutions for resolving problems

About You:

̈ Exceptional sales and customer service skills are key to success in this role

̈ Previous field sales experience

̈ Good IT literacy and presentation skills

̈ Experience within the Drainage / Construction / Civil Engineering / Waste or Utilities industries would be an advantage but a desire to learn the product range

̈ Have a proven track record of client generation within a similar role

̈ Be professional, personable and engaging

̈ Have excellent presentation skills

̈ Hold a full, clean driving license and have their own vehicle

̈ Be organised and motivated to succeed

̈ Be flexible with working hours to comply with company needs
