This established and reputed firm are very busy in their commercial property team and now seek an experienced and accomplished commercial property solicitor or legal executive ideally with at least 3 or 4 years' experience.

You will enjoy the family feel of this small practice but will have the opportunity to work autonomously if preferred and be capable of making your own decisions, although help and support will be provided when necessary.

In this exciting role you will join an existing and experienced team and advise on a broad caseload to include acquisitions and disposals, lease work and development work.

This small traditional practice advise local business owners with all their real estate needs, but also larger clients across the country including in London.

Based in beautiful Wadebridge you will enjoy all that Cornwall and the South West can offer.
Excellent salary, depending on experience.
