We're an award-winning agency, with record bookings for the coming year and a growing business, operating from brand new, custom-built offices at Newquay Aerohub.


We're looking for someone to join our owner services team and help our owners, ensuring holiday letting is a smooth and successful experience.

It's a small, friendly team with lots of support and help, regular excuses for cake in the office, and an opportunity for personal growth in a thriving environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Ensuring the safety certification for each property is up to date, as well as organising ongoing renewals.
  • Arranging annual appointments for tradesmen to visit the properties.
  • To carry out office admin tasks such as logging invoices and owner recharges.
  • To assist in visiting and the completion of annual property inspections across the portfolio to ensure high standards of property presentation.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to our owners, dealing with enquiries and requests quickly and professionally.
  • Process owner bookings and requests.
  • Communicate with the other departments such as Reservations and Property Services to ensure owner enquiries are dealt with in an efficient manner.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new properties.
  • Participate in the oncall rota for out of hours cover.

Essential experience:


  • English & Maths GCSE Grade A-C (or equivalent)
  • Experience in a customer administration or customer service role
  • Working knowledge or qualifications in computer programmes including Word, Excel, Outlook and confidence in using technology on a daily basis
  • Full clean valid driving licence

Key Skills required:


  • Previous work experience within a property or hospitality environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Confidence in dealing with owners in an efficient, calm, and positive manner
