Internal Audit Manager (Can be office or remote) for a great Service business based in Birmingham.

The role will be a mix of planning, strategy, process improvement and doing.

The company are fully flexible and the role can be remote.

Main duties of this
Internal Audit Manager role include:

To aid in the ownership of audit processes and controls within the UK and EMEA
Reviews and appraises the effectiveness of accounting, financial and operating controls
Look into operations to ascertain compliance with established corporate policies, plans and procedures.
The performance of audits and audit plans
The ability and drive to get involved with projects and project work
Review and test internal controls
Has the ability to not only plan, but drive change in the scope of an audit
Development of programs and procedures
Schedules and controls work flow, supervises and coordinates assigned staff in performance of audits
Reviews working papers for evidence of sufficient documentation to accomplish the audit scope and objectives.
Presents audit findings and applicable recommendations to the Chief Audit Executive
Lead on ideas and recommendations to a range of managers
Prepares audit reports, including audit findings and summaries
