Seven Social Care is looking for a Approved Mental Health Professional at London Borough of Hillingdon Council

The role:

Key Responsibilities:

To work as an Approved Mental Health Professional to carry out Mental Health Act assessments in line with the Local Authority's statutory duties.

To complete social circumstances reports and to attend mental health review tribunals

Knowledge/ Experience:

Where appropriately qualified, to undertake the duties and responsibilities placed on an Approved Mental Health Professional, or DOLS Assessor, including assessments of people who are in mental health crisis in accordance with the mental Health Act.
To undertake case management responsibilities that include adultfocused assessments of need within a person centred approach, monitoring, coordinating and review of care plans.

Applicant Requirements:

Qualifications:Social Work degree with Social Work England and AMHP(SWE)

Experience:2 + years AMHP experience

Compliance:Up to date SWE registration and DBS.
-
Travel:Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.

Hours:37 hours p/w.
