Description
The company provides specialised training services and healthcare products in Kent and increasingly nationwide.

With the further development of their training offering, they are looking for an experienced sales consultant with passion and commitment.

Therole is mostly telephone sales, with occasional face-to-face meetings.

The role of the Sales Consultant is at the heart of the business and critical to its continued growth.


Experience

  • Formal sales training.
  • Minimum of O' Level/ GCSE Grade C or equivalent in Maths & English.
  • Able to demonstrate knowledge of the selling process, particularly with telephone selling.
  • At least three years of experience in sales roles
  • Your written and verbal communication skills will be excellent and show confidence and professionalism.
  • Good organisation and administrative skills with the ability to prioritise your workload
  • Able to work on own initiative and unsupervised
  • Driving License & Car.
  • Occasionally you will need to work outside of normal hours and may be required to travel and work extended days. Based in Kent with the flexibility to travel to locations nationally
You will be given an existing live customer region to work. Your goal is to expand this by 20% in the first 12 months.


Key function & areas of responsibility:

  • To identify potential clients predominantly through the internet and market-specific websites
  • To contact these prospects via professional telephone sales methods and identify current needs
  • Where required, visit clients face to face to investigate opportunities further
  • To guide potential and existing clients about their training & healthrelated product needs
  • To participate in trade exhibitions as a representative of the company
  • The key objective is to achieve sales at the earliest possible stage in the process
  • To attain agreedset targets by generating new business and managing existing client accounts
