Infrastructure Engineer / 3rd Line Support
Want to be a key IT Infrastructure Engineer where you can work on crucial IT projects?
Our client requires an enthusiastic Infrastructure Engineer / 3rd Line Support to join their busy support team.

Based at the busy Hinckley offices you would work on broad ranging enterprise scale IT systems and infrastructure for multiple sites across the UK.

The includes assisting in the implementation of new technologies, maintaining existing ones and acting as a support escalation when required.

The company is embarking on an infrastructure transformation programme, providing opportunities to get involved in a wide range of projects covering Cloud, Networks, Firewalls, Security and much, much more


LOCATION:
Hinckley (Hybrid)


SALARY:
£35,000-£40,000

Ideally your skills will include:

  • Excellent experience of supporting and maintaining Microsoft Cloud technologies such as Azure, O365, Defender Suite, Intune and SharePoint.
  • Exposure to Microsoft On Premise technologies such as Windows Server, SCCM, SQL, Active Directory and Hyper V.
  • Knowledge of

Network Fundamentals:
LAN/WAN, Firewalls, Switching and Wifi.

  • Knowledge of
Cyber Security Best Practice and Technologies.

  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and manage your time efficiently.
  • Excellent Problem-Solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
