Description

Bring unique expertise and knowledge of the health and social care sector and evidence based health interventions into course design and delivery.

Support students with Perinatal mental health needs via an educational platform and signpost them to specialist health/social care services using their clinical health knowledge and expertise.

Provide supervision within the College and ensure the College expands its delivery across Lincolnshire.

Develop and review Recovery College courses in collaboration with team members, students and volunteers as part of ongoing review and quality assurance processes.


Aim to improve students mental health conditions and enable them to understand, manage and where appropriate change behaviours Source expert health professionals / experts by experience to be involved with the coproduction of the college curriculum Adhere to HCPC/ NMC code of professional conduct and ethics, plus associated legislation.

Champion and offer student opportunities within the College in order to meet CPD standards Provide management supervision/appraisals for junior staff for example:

Peer Support Workers and Peer trainers as required Support the team as needed, including wellness at work plans, check-ins Promotional events and presentations internal and external to LPFT Where required, initial triage of referral, risk assessment, clinical record keeping and signposting to services within and external to LPFT.

You may occasionally be asked to undertake such other duties that are deemed necessary in order to support business continuity within the Trust.

This will only include tasks where you are appropriately trained.
