We're looking for a Senior Planner to join Kier Construction within our Clients & Markets business unit. The role itself is flexible on location in the UK.

Within this role, you can enjoy company car/car allowance, pension matched up to 7.5%, 26 days holidays + bank holidays and even more.

Responsibilities


As a Senior Planner, you will manage the planning phase to determine the construction sequences, produce tender programmes whilst working closely with the bid team, attend regular site visits to assist the team with planning issues, collate progress information and understand any areas of concern during the planning stage.

Initially time allocation would be split 60% tender planning and 40% contract planning


Who are we looking for?


Working on education, commercial, leisure, healthcare, MOJ, MOD and mixed-use projects valued up over £100m, we are looking for like for like industry experience.

You will need to hold the relevant qualifications, along with a solid history of working on build tenders and projects with a main contractor.

We will also need you to be an experienced operator of Asta Powerproject and Primavera P6.
