We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic part-time Assistant Basketball Coach to join our highly motivated team within Canterbury King's Basketball Club.

Individuals must have excellent communication and customer care skills, be able to work as part of an energetic and enthusiastic team.


Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • To approach all Canterbury Kings sessions with a player development focus
  • To help develop & promote the Centre's growing Basketball
  • Have a good IQ in Basketball & player development
  • Uphold a professional approach when planning & delivering high quality coaching

Qualifications

  • Level 1 Basketball Qualification is essential
  • Refereeing & Table Officiating qualification is preferred
  • Current & clean driving licence is preferred
