England - Midlands Region - frequent regional travel (Barnsley, Bradford, Daventry, Bedworth, Crewe and Milton Keynes) | Monday–Friday | 37.
As part of our transformation journey, we're modernising our transport operations to improve efficiency, compliance, service and cost. To support this, we're strengthening our regional change delivery capability.
We're looking for experienced Transport Change Managers to lead and embed change across our regional transport operations.
In this role, you'll work closely with senior site leadership teams to ensure new processes, systems and ways of working are successfully adopted in live, fast-paced environments.
This role offers the chance to make a tangible difference to how our transport network operates every day.

Secure buy-in from General Managers and Logistics Managers
Translate site-led ideas into scalable network initiatives
Deliver change projects to time, scope and benefit
Use data and insight to measure impact and drive improvement
Champion consistency, resilience and best practice
About You
You're an experienced change professional with strong operational credibility.
You'll Bring
Experience delivering transformation or change within transport or logistics environments
The confidence to influence General Managers and senior operational stakeholders
Strong project and change management capability
The ability to balance strategic intent with practical, site-based delivery
A structured, collaborative and outcome-focused approach
Flexibility to travel regularly across your region
Desirable
Change management or Lean Six Sigma qualification
Project management qualification
International CPC
