We are looking for compassionate and committed healthcare assistants who are passionate about delivering the highest quality one-to-one care for our service user, building positive relationships with them and their family while enabling them to live as independently as possible in his home.


Meet our service user


Our service user is a young lady in her teens who lives at home with her loving family across 2 lovely, clean, and welcoming homes in Rossendale and Accrington.

Both houses are close to major road networks and easy to access. She requires support on a 1:1 basis throughout the night with her complex care needs.


She is a big fan of watching Disney films and Strictly Come Dancing, she also loves having a pamper including massages and having her nails painted.


Throughout the night you will provide support with her personal care, repositioning, attending to her clinical care needs when required and providing a peaceful environment to promote a restful night's sleep.

She lives between her two fully adapted homes with Mum in Rossendale and Dad in Accrington.

You would be joining a happy, established care team who already support this young lady and who state they feel part of the family.


Our ideal care team will need to be flexible to work across both Mums and Dads home address to support our service user

Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.

Essential Experience Required

  • 3 months previous care experience
  • Personal Care
  • Moving and Handling
  • Medication Administration

Desirable Experience

  • Nebuliser care
  • Ventilation management
  • Gastrostomy feeds (PEG)
  • Epilepsy Management

We have the following shifts available;

  • Part Time Nights
  • 2 shifts per week
  • 9:45pm 7:45am
  • Alternate Sundays are needed for this position

Take a look at our pay rates

  • Weeknights: £13:50 per hour (Approx.£135 per 10hour shift)
  • Weekends: £14.00 per hour (Approx. £140 per 10hour shift)
  • Bank Holiday: £16.00ph (Approx. £160 per 10hour shift)
