Our Customer Operations team has grown from 10 to 60 in the past couple of years and it will continue to grow as we need to add more and replace those that have progressed and been promoted to other areas of the business.
Note, at the moment, our teams work slight shift patterns over a 5 day, 37.5 hour week to cover 8am to 8pm and a weekend on a rota basis (circa 1 every 7 weeks).
We are open to discussing a full time 4 day working week and if you are looking for part time, school hours, afternoon / evenings, or weekends then we are open to discussing how we can accommodate.
