Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and goals
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries from customers
• Assist with order processing and tracking
• Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records in the database
• Prepare sales reports and presentations as needed
• Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies

Experience:

• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role preferred
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Basic math skills for order processing and calculations
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Ability to upsell and crosssell products or services
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Salary:
