You will be responsible for delivery and coordination of a range of restorative services delivered by the Essex Restorative and Mediation Service, including managing referrals, case management and supporting volunteer facilitators.


The PFCC's Office seeks a team player who is determined, outcome driven, self-motivated, and able to deliver effectively in a partnership environment.

You may come from a range of different professional backgrounds, including community safety, mediation, and criminal justice.

Good communication skills

Good organisational skills

Experience and understanding of restorative justice
