Avant Repair Network is looking for charismatic and confident individuals to join the Automotive Customer Services Team. Due to the business growth, there is a multitude of opportunities for progression and development within the business at this moment in time. No experience in the Automotive Industry? No problem We will provide full coaching and product training, so you can hit the ground running.

Responsibilities


You'll take calls, help with queries and find the best way to deliver a positive customer journey on every claim.

Liaising with both repairers and customers to ensure repairs move forward swiftly. Supporting our customers, you'll work to targets to achieve team and individual goals.

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.

Pay & Benefits
Starting salary £22K

22 holidays per year, plus bank holidays
