An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the National Service Centre based in Hucknall at TK Elevator UK as a Customer Service Advisor.
As a leading Global Elevator business, with unique engineering capabilities, we employee more than 450 colleagues across the UK and Ireland in a network of regions to provide full lifecycle support for urban mobility.
The Role:
The role includes:
- Handling customer enquires with a solution focused approach
- Completing outbound NPS surveys to ensure that feedback is relayed to the business
- Liaise with Service Managers to ensure Engineer availability and SLAs are adhered to
Key Skills:
- Proven customer service skills and with a high level of organisation
- Excellent telephone manner whilst dealing with complex situations
- The ability to be agile and flexible with the ability to prioritise accordingly
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Navision desirable, however not essential.
- Attention to detail, problem solving & resilient to barriers
- Excellent communication skills, computer literacy and Microsoft Excel knowledge
