Junior IT Security & Compliance Analyst - to £26,500 + bonus + benefits

Junior IT Security Analyst with a customer focus, enthusiasm and a good work ethic and attitude, required for a vibrant media business.

Supportive and close knit team and large in house IT function means you can look forward to a fantastic working environment,positive work culture and lots of opportunity for progression.

They have a London office in a Central London location, close to the Thames and with great views.

You will be expected to come into the office a couple of times per month, but you could come more often if it suits you.

More about the role:

You will be responsible for the administration and governance of End User system access requests and providing support to the IT asset management lifecycle.

User Access;:

Process access for New starters, Leavers and Internal transfers
Modify user accounts and group profiles to add or remove access
Ownership of Account Validation process
Perform regular logical access reviews ensuring all access is appropriate and approved.

Asset Management:

Maintenance of all hardware & software licenses.
Maintain accurate inventory for all software & hardware
Maintain an inventory of all IT Contracts
Updating the IT Service Management system with details of purchases.
Supporting the negotiation process where required and finding the most appropriate supplier.
Maintain stock levels and checks for all IT stock.

Compliance:

Assist with both internal and external consultant led audits

About you:

Fantastic telephone manner and customer oriented. Able to show you take ownership and see things through.
Calm under time pressure, able to keep stakeholders informed regarding progress.
Probably some experience in either a 1st Line Support role, IT Admin or other customer oriented capacity, combined with some technical nohow perhaps via studies.
Familiarity with O365 and Active Directory would be a bonus, as would ticket management / ITSM tools.
