JOB SUMMARY
Working for a well known company within the Music Industry.


You will work with a current marketing team and liaising with stakeholders from Product Management and Sales, this role will develop and manage all marketing efforts to customers, partners and industry organisations based on the company's commercial goals.


You will plan and direct promotional campaigns, product launches and product life-cycle content; supervise and coordinate creative staff; create and oversee budgets; analyse and interpret marketing data; ensure that marketing and communications align with the organisation's overall goals.


KEY DUTIES

  • Lead the marketing function, content and output
  • To develop and execute the company marketing strategy in alignment with corporate and sales goals in agreement with Directors and Management Team.
  • To set and deliver the short and longterm marketing activities against the strategy and budget in agreement with the MD
  • Develop full 360 content plans to utilise inhouse team across all marketing channels including press, industry organisations, WW sales distribution and dealers, online and events
  • To be responsible for the messaging and development of all content, creative and supporting materials in alignment with brand values
  • Deliver online strategy for lead development, digital software sales, customer acquisition and retention programs
  • To set KPI's and measure the success of all marketing, communications, and PR programs
  • To report monthly to management on all marketing developments and KPI's

QUALIFICATIONS
Educated to degree level or equivalent level of experience


EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years senior marketing experience to global audience
  • 3+ years managing marketing teams in a technology manufacturer, ideally within professional audio or AV technology related brand
  • Strong experience with product campaigns with commercial focus.
  • B2B and B2B
  • Management of press, agency, and channel relations
  • Experience of using professional image editing and design software
  • Proven ability to plan and oversee complex simultaneous campaigns
  • Detailed budget management

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year

  • Truro, Cornwall: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

  • Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)

  • Marketing: 3 years (preferred)
