Job summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about science and eager to start a career in sales.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and networking.
  • Present and promote scientific products using clear, compelling arguments.
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and training sessions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure client retention.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, etc.)
  • Experience of working within a Laboratory environment.
  • Strong interest in sales and customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn technical product details and explain them clearly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and eager to grow professionally.
