We Love Care in Maidenhead are looking for a Field Care Supervisor to join our fun, lively and happy team.

Role
- 50% office based / 50% in the field
- To check medication audits /post checks and post checks ensuring ocumentation is complated as appropriate
- When using administrative systems, ensure factual, accurate information is held and that all computerised and manual records are up to date
- To work together with the Care Coordinator to ensure an appropriate Care and Support Worker is matched to the needs of the customer at all times
- To undertake oncall activities as directed ( 1 week out of 4 )
- Assist Care Coordinators to allocate unassigned calls to ensure that all customers receive the care they need
- To provide cover and deliver care as required, when visits cannot be assigned and during oncall hours
- Communicate effectively with the Care Coordinator to inform them of changes to care schedules
- To actively participate in the growth and development of the Company O

Up to £22,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- MAIDENHEAD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- providing care: 1 year (preferred)
- supervisory: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
- NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred)
