Monday to Friday 7.30am-4.30pm / 1pm finish Friday


Salary:
Up to £24,000, Depending on Experience


THIS ROLE MAY BECOME PERMANENT AFTER 12 WEEKS OF SERVICE.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Administrator, you will be involved in various tasks to support the smooth running of our operations


Key responsibilities include:

Accounts: Assist in financial processes, data entry, and reconciliation activities.

Order Processing: Manage and process customer orders efficiently and accurately.

After Sales: Provide excellent customer service in handling after-sales inquiries and support.

HSEQ Documentation: Contribute to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality documentation and compliance.

General Admin: Undertake general administrative tasks to ensure the efficient running of the office.


Key Requirements:


  • Proven experience in administration roles, demonstrating excellent organisational skills.
  • Adept at handling accounts, order processing, and aftersales tasks.
  • Comfortable working with HSEQ documentation and maintaining compliance.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
