Description

Machine Operatives required for a specialised manufacturer in
Ross on Wye. The employer has a new facility and is looking to build and develop a new team.

Offering a competitive Salary + Pension + 22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

The Successful Machine Operative will come from a hands on background, will be highly motivated and willing to learn new skills.

Those with previous experience of working in a technical role, manufacturing or machine operating will be at a significant advantage.

The Machine Operative Role:

Following company SOP's and Health & Safety requirements.
Work and communicate with other members of the team to ensure transfer of information with regard to your role.
Communicate with Shift coordinators and Leaders to ensure they are aware of any issues in your designated area.
Operating of production machinery.
Ensure production data is recorded properly.
Housekeeping of work areas.
Ensure any production waste is discard in the correct manner.

The Successful Machine Operative:

You will come from a hands on background, will be highly motivated and willing to learn new skills.
Those with previous experience of working in a technical role, manufacturing or machine operating will be at a significant advantage
Must be IT literate
Previous experience using SAP systems would be beneficial

Hours:

6am - 2pm / 2pm -10pm rotating shifts
