As a Procurement Lead at Neom, you'll be at the forefront of an initiative that is changing the world.

As a Procurement Lead, you will play a pivotal role in making Project Neom a reality.

You will be responsible for managing the sourcing, procurement, and vendor management processes, ensuring that we secure the best value, quality, and reliability for the technologies and services required to build Neom.

You will collaborate with a diverse and talented team, overseeing the procurement strategy, negotiating contracts, and optimizing vendor relationships.

Requirements of an Indirect Procurement Lead:

Experience: Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management, with a deep understanding of procurement best practices.
Leadership: Strong leadership skills to guide a highperforming procurement team.
Negotiation Skills: The ability to negotiate effectively, securing favourable terms and conditions with suppliers.
Strategic Thinking: Capability to develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with Neom's goals.
Vendor Relationship Management: Skilled in building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and partners.
Project Management: Experience in managing procurement projects within a fastpaced environment.
Sustainability Focus: A commitment to sustainable procurement practices that support Neom's environmental objectives.
Excellent Communication: Strong communication skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and international partners.
