*Must be HNC/D or Degree qualified in Engineering (recent Graduates will be considered)
*Positive, can-do attitude
*Worked on the NPI projects, development and production engineering of an engineering and manufacturing site
*CAD literate
*Lean manufacturing knowledge in a low to medium volume environment

The Continuous Improvement Engineer role:
*Reporting to the Area Manager, working in a small team looking after the improvements to manufacturing and project engineering

*Improvements co-ordination
*Taking ownership of CI projects
*Looking at opportunities to improve the performance of the production operations in an area

*Sometimes getting involved in installation projects
