The Job
You will join the team as a Graduate Team Assistant responsible for supporting Team Coordinators.
This is an entry level role suitable for recent graduates looking to start their career in a professional services environment working with the Private Equitysector and offering excellent training and career progression opportunity.
Full training will be provided.Job Breakdown:
- Act as a liaison between the Consultant Team and clients to schedule meetings both internally and externally
- Attend meetings with the Consultant Team to take notes and provide these to the senior team thereafter
- Assist with admin tasks for the team such as formatting documents and CVs
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for existing client briefs, helping the Consultant Team win new business
- Keep excel spread sheets updated
- The career progression with this role is to move into a Team Coordinator where you will manage a desk of 8 consultants
- Educated to degree level
- Strong academic record, with a minimum 2:1 Bachelor's degree
- Impeccable telephone manner and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
