Employment Solicitor role offering 2/3 days home working and plenty of autonomy along with a competitive salary This role would suit a local Employment Solicitor who is looking to join a firm with genuine career progression prospects, who enjoys a new challenge,and who wants to be rewarded for effort and performance.

A superb opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor at Associate/Senior Associate level to join a highly reputable Legal 500 firm in Worcester.

Having placed the previous two Partners within this team around 5 and 7 years ago, I can say with a degreeof certainty that this is a team that really values and rewards its employees.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Employment Solicitor to join a firm that can offer working directly with a Partner on more complex cases whilst also running a caseload ofyour own

What are they looking for? The firm is looking for an Employment Solicitor around 3-6 years PQE.

They are seeking somebody who has the ability to handle a caseload of employment matters without significant support and also somebody who fits in well with thefriendly and down-to-earth team culture.
