Data Coordinator, Fixed Term 9 Months


Main duties of the role is to oversee the Neurosurgery Master Planner checking for any issues with clashes on the rota when consultants are on leave or on call.

The role will involve working closely with the neurosurgery medical team and senior management.

Other ad hoc tasks will include checking VTOMs on a regular basis ensuring access plans are correct and closing down any duplications or closed episodes.

The role will also include overseeing the referapatient database and escalating any issues to the team leader.

Supporting the Trauma Division. Oversee the Neurosurgery Planner and identifying any conflicts with clinics and theatre lists booked against consultant leave/on call commitments.

Check access plans on VTOMS and escalate any issues to the team leader

Oversee Referapatient database and link in with team leader with any issues
