Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Grounds Maintenance Working Supervisor

Pay depending on experience and relevant industry qualifications

Must have experience in all aspects of grounds maintenance and be able to run a small team

Previous Supervisory experience

Driving Licence

Summer hours Mon-Fri 7:30am-16:30pm

Winter hours Mon -Fri 7:30am-15:00pm


Duties include:
Operating a variety of equipment including but not limited to ride on, hedge cutters, blowers, Pedestrian mowers.

Liaising with client & JOC Contract Manager daily, maintaining schedules of work, supervising staff & maintaining quality standards.


Grass cutting, strimming, hedge and shrub pruning, border maintenance, hard standing maintenance, litter picking, driving of company vehicles, other duties in accordance with the role.

Work within timescale and always demonstrate a high standard of horticultural practice

Maintain and clean all Company equipment/machinery/ vehicles that you use in the course of your duties.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to £13.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
