We are currently looking for an Account Executive to join our busy team in Loughborough.


We are looking to recruit a highly organised and meticulous individual for the role of Account Executive within our International Sales Department.

Our International Sales Team works closely with global Aid Agencies and Charities to provide high quality,affordable healthcare to the people that need it most.


Contract: 12 Months FTC Maternity Cover

Hours of Work:
Full time hours (37.5 hours a week), there is no Hybrid working after 6 months' probation. Some flexibility to start between 8:00am - 10:00am, however 7.5 hours required in a day.


Account Executive Duties:


  • Managing allocated customer accounts inline with internal targets;
  • Preparing documentation for associated orders;
  • Analysing sales data and orders to forecast accordingly;
  • Liaising with and building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, service providers as well as other departments within the company;
  • Sourcing products, negotiating prices, and placing orders with supplier/manufacturer partners;
  • Preparing offers/quotations for customers;
  • Daily monitoring of websites and portals for procurement opportunities;
  • Filing and archiving paperbased and electronic records;
  • KPI tracker input (quotations, sales, etc);
  • Sourcing and organising transport for shipments;
  • Supporting departmental and business projects;
  • Preparing bar codes and customs clearance instructions;
  • Checking and double checking internal and external documents;
  • Reporting and investigating discrepancies that may arise
  • Striving to meet targets, deadlines, budgets and company objectives;
  • Updating and maintaining internal systems;
  • General administration tasks (printing, scanning, etc).
  • Supporting Tender bid preparation and submissions

Account Executive Requirements:


  • Good IT skills including MS Word and Excel;
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines;
  • Focused and organised;
  • Ability to multitask;
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Previous experience within the pharmaceutical industry;
  • Previous experience in an Account Executive/Management role;
  • Previous experience using an ERP system.
