Mpeople recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client who are a reputable manufacturing business based in Royton for a Credit Controller to start immediately on a temporary basis.
Credit ControllerRoyton - Oldham
8:30 am - 4:30pm Monday - Thursday & Friday 8:30am - 4:30
Reporting to the Financial controller, as Credit Controller you will be responsible for the day to day Credit Control.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluating new credit requests and conducting client credit checks
- SAP/Excel experience
- Managing and collecting debts from UK and Worldwide company debtors
- Setting up new accounts
- Allocating payments to customers' accounts
- Responding to customer queries
- Processing invoices
- Preparing reports for management
- Managing the Sales Ledger
- Liaising with customer and sales teams
Job Requirements:
- Excellent customer service
- Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Analytical skills and thorough attention to detail
- The ability to listen and negotiate with customers
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Persistence and determination
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Good organisation skills
- Willingness to learn
- Able to work to strict deadlines.
QUALIFCATIONS:
GCSE Math's & English C and above.
AAT Qualification / Qualifed by Experience.
