We are a successful travel management company for the charity and academic communities and we are proud and passionate about what we do.

We are currently looking for a Dutch speaking Account Manager to join our Sales Team. This will be a home-based role with regular travel to our Manchester office and to Europe.

Working within the Central European time zone, you will be responsible for effectivelymanaging a portfolio of clients and identifying opportunities to maximise incremental revenue and drive renewal business.


Key tasks will include:

  • Provide an exceptional Account Management service to ensure accounts are effectively serviced to achieve a retention rate in line with target
  • Visit existing clients and develop strong working relationships with them to understand their needs and deliver the most appropriate solutions
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and devise a quarterly plan to win business
  • Provide analysis of travel purchasing data and identify costsaving opportunities
  • Prepare and present information including RFI's and Tender Proposals alongside the New Business Team as required
  • Conduct client presentations, web demonstrations and product training
  • Identify and attend client specific exhibitions and other promotional and networking events

Skills Required:


  • Dutch speaking essential
  • Proven account management experience, ideally in a travel industry role.
  • The ability to develop and nurture strong working relationships internally and externally
  • A demonstrable ability to offer exceptional support and present, negotiate and close renewal sales at the highest level
  • Strong & confident networker and relationship builder
  • Highly organised and able to achieve results through effective planning with the ability to multitask.
  • Committed to excellent customer service in delivering a market leading solution
  • Strong IT competency particularly Excel, Word, Powerpoint and CRM systems
  • Demonstrable energy, selfmotivation, personal discipline and empathetic communication.
  • Essential to hold a full UK driving licence
