Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve serving beverages, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organised bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Engage with guests to provide outstanding customer service and address any inquiries or concerns.
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain service quality.

Experience

• Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing orders.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent guest services skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.21-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
