Graduate Trainee Logistics Coordinator (HYBRID)

A fantastic opportunity for a motivated and organised Graduate or someone from a Customer Service Background to join a sociable, progressive, and fast-moving Credit Hire Company that provides temporary replacement vehicles to people who have been involvedin road traffic accidents.

Role Overview

As a Trainee Logistics Coordinator, you would join a collaborative and supportive team handling the management of a fleet of 500+ vehicles provided to motorists involved in accidents.

These are a mixture of prestige, mainstream, and commercial vehicles

Responsibilities

Communicate with the Customer Service Team to coordinate and organise for a suitable vehicle to provide to the customer
Coordinate and organise the collection and movement of the damaged vehicles
Communicate with a team of experienced Satellite Hub Controllers to be able to effectively direct the vehicle delivery drivers on the most efficient routes
Log and record vehicle movement information on the internal database (Proclaim)
Deal with damage requests, faults, servicing, and returns processes for any returning fleet vehicles allocated
Carefully checking all documentation and vehicle condition reports returned to ensure processes have been followed correctly.
