CRM Executive (Dutch/Flemish speaking)
Fully Remote / London
Up to £50,000
Some of what you will be doing:
- Building and sustaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Owning the lifecycle of marketing plans from idea to implementation
- Analysing both ATL & BTL promotions to enable CI/CD
- Supporting marketing campaigns, site features, new game releases etc.
- Carrying out regular reviews on competitors
- Collaborating with stakeholders to optimise the user's experience and increase engagement
- Monitoring the website content including banners and promotions
- Communicating with the CS team to support customer queries and feedback when required
Ideally, your skills and experience will include:
- Fully fluent/native Dutch/Flemish speaking required
- Previous experience in a CRM or marketing position
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements so that company products are compliant
- Passion for marketing and/or igaming
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills/time management
- Experience on HTML editing bonus but not essential
