We are searching for a Contract Administrator to support the Relationship Director, Relationship Manager and Operational team with various administration tasks and to ensure that the highest standards of customer service are always maintained.

This is a versatile role supporting on a variety of tasks within a dynamic and fast-paced organisation. Do you have strong IT skills, organisational and presentation skills,

As Contract Support Assistant you'll be:

  • Entering data and maintaining accurate records, and preparing quality weekly/monthly reports,
  • Providing quotations to clients for additions works.
  • Booking in periodic tasks across various sites ensuring all necessary po's are raised for subcontractors
  • Managing the help desk, ensuring all jobs raised are actioned within SLA and updated on system accordingly
  • Assist with organising and scheduling meetings and taking minutes
  • Utilise computerised systems to monitor completed quality audits and employee attendance

As Contract Support Assistant you'll have:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office programmes including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong customer focus skills, selfmotivation, confidence, enthusiasm, well organized with an attention to detail
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work well under pressure
  • Ability to work effectively and flexibly within a busy, dynamic working environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
