Allsop & Francis are seeking a professional and well organised individual to join our excellent office team.
We provide high-end Miele Professional laundry equipment & dishwashers to various sectors including the NHS and Care, Large Private Houses, Professional Sports Clubs, Hotels and Restaurants and many other customers that require our services.

Customer Service - Taking new sales and service calls, logging service jobs, handling customer enquiries and providing them with excellent customer service throughout, liaising with other team members and accurately updating our CRM systems accordingly.

Contract Sales and Renewals
- We have a large existing customer base that have a variety of service contracts on their equipment which need to be quoted for and renewed each year, this involves a degree of selling as well as administrating each contract accurately and ensuring excellent customer service through a fast and accurate response to all enquiries.
Administration and Processes
- Ensuring excellent administration throughout, adhering to company processes and standard operating procedures and also contributing to the development and improvement of our processes.

Salary:
£23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
