Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and growing the contract recruitment activities within the company.
  • Building and managing a highperforming contract recruitment team.
  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Completing recruitment tenders and proposals.
  • Collaborating with the permanent recruitment team to provide a seamless service to clients.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 5 years' experience working in professional recruitment, with a proven track record of developing contract recruitment desks and achieving strong billing performance.
  • Experience completing recruitment tenders and proposals.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to develop and motivate a highperforming team.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • A passion for sustainability and social responsibility.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience using recruitment technology, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Bullhorn
