Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Establishing and growing the contract recruitment activities within the company.
Building and managing a highperforming contract recruitment team.
Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Completing recruitment tenders and proposals.
Collaborating with the permanent recruitment team to provide a seamless service to clients.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years' experience working in professional recruitment, with a proven track record of developing contract recruitment desks and achieving strong billing performance.
Experience completing recruitment tenders and proposals.
Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to develop and motivate a highperforming team.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
A passion for sustainability and social responsibility.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience using recruitment technology, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Bullhorn
