**Part Time Bar Staff

Waggon & Horses, Graveley**We are a very popular, traditional 'Old Worlde' pub in the picturesque village of Graveley, Hertfordshire. Our valued Customers tell us they love the good pub food we offer, along with our great selection of drinks.

We have a great team and are looking for Bar Staff to help us continue delivering great service to our Customers You will be an essential part of the team and valued for your skills, outgoing personality and ability to deliver excellent service to our Customers, whether they visit us 7 times a week or it's their first time.

We are a busy pub throughout the year, the role is best suited to someone who has experience of working in a busy hospitality environment and is able to think on their feet.

Most importantly, we are looking for a dynamic, motivated and hard working individual who is able to interact well with the team and Customers and isn't afraid to get stuck in.

Available shifts includes evenings and weekends. These are regular shifts, so any potential new recruits will need to available for evening and weekend shifts.

Due to village location, staff will need to have their own transport and must be fluent in English.

Tasks include but not limited to:

Serving drinks to a high standard for Customers, following our best practice at all times.
Greet Customers when they arrive at the Pub, confirming their table number or reservations
Taking accurate food orders from Customers at the bar
Replenishing stock throughout the shift
Basic cellar management, changing barrels and keeping cellar clean and tidy
Support waitressing team as and when necessary to ensure Customers receive their food in a timely manner.
Resolve any Customer issues quickly and effectively
