An opportunity has arisen for an highly motivated, confident, organised and experienced Risk Management Systems Assistant - Job Share will be considered who has an in-depth knowledge of the Datix Risk Management Systems to work within the Risk and Compliance Directorate at Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust.

This is a demanding position whereby the post holder is required to provide effective administrative and secretarial support to the Health and Safety and Risk Teams.

The post is a permanent post within the Risk Management Department, an IOSH qualification or equivalent is required in addition to experience and an in-depth knowledge of the Datix Risk Management System.

The post holder will provide cross cover and support to the Legal & Datix Manager and Senior Datix Manager as required.

The post holder will be part of the Datix Management team contributing to the development, implementation and evaluation of the Trust's operational risk management strategy, Health and Safety policy and related work and they will provide the Trust with specialist advice and guidance on Health and Safety matters.
